U.S. DOE Forrestal is a secure building. Please review these instructions carefully and submit all requested information well ahead of time to ensure a smooth visit. Visitors must check-in with the security desk in the lobby to receive a visitors badge. Once you receive your badge and clear the security checkpoint, your host meet you and escort you to the meeting room. Please remember to bring photo identification and give yourself 10 – 15 minutes extra to check-in.

Foreign nationals: The Department of Energy is looking forward to your visit. In order to comply with our security requirements and ensure that your time with the Department of Energy goes smoothly, we need to obtain some information from you prior to your arrival. Please download this form and take a few minutes to provide the information requested for each member of your party that is not a U.S. citizen and then return the form(s) to your host. You will not be able to attend your meeting unless you provide this information no later than 30 days prior to your visit.
